John and his team are responsive, timely, and thorough. They helped me revamp my basement from a partial finished to a finished and cozy basement, include flooring, updating the walls (Sheetrock+painting), ceiling, lighting, doors, and framing out new closets for storage and HVAC. I continue to call on John and his team as I make my house purchase a home.
​John Sanchez and his company John Handyman and Remodeling LLC are flat out amazing. We presented John with a sizable laundry list of handyman tasks and he absolutely knocked every single one out of the park. From difficult patching and painting situations (including a very high 3rd floor skylight) to electrical work, John and his team were efficient, professional, and tidy. John responded to each request we made with helpful suggestions and superb craftsmanship. He even helped me convert a guest room closet into an office with a stylish barn door. John always responded to calls in a timely manner and his rates were very reasonable.
I would hire John Sanchez and his crew again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a conscientious and skilled handyman!
